As CEO Emma has been working in the therapy field for the past 16 years. Starting in the justice sector she created the innovative and successful Chance 2 Change programme which won her the accolade in 2011 of one of the top Social Entrepreneurs in the UK. She is passionate about helping people to change their lives and reach their full happiness potential. Having overcome her own barriers, she knows how this stuff works and embodies all that we stand for.
